Tomato Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 400 g tomatoes
• 100 g pasta
• 50 g cheese
• Olive oil
• Sugar
• Salt
• Breadcrumbs

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Fry the onion until golden
3. Stir in the garlic
4. Mix in tomatoes and sugar
5. Boil and simmer for 20 mins
6. Cook the pasta
7. Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs
8. Drain the pasta and stir it into the sauce
9. Put pasta and tomato mixture in a heatproof dish and top with some cheese and breadcrumbs
10. Grill for 3-5 mins until golden
11. Serve and enjoy
