Lettuce and Parsley Prawn Rice Paper Rolls


  • 8 rice paper sheets
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 carrot stick
  • 8 prawns
  • 60 g rice vermicelli
  • 4 sprigs of parsley


  1. Cook the shrimp and remove the shell
  2. Soak the vermicelli in hot water then drain it
  3. Cut and shred the lettuce and carrot
  4. Fully dip the rice paper into a bowl of water until softened
  5. Place the parsley, lettuce, carrot, prawns, and vermicelli onto the rice paper
  6. Roll and enclose it
  7. Serve and enjoy
