Tulsi Holy Basil

Tulsi Holy Basil is a medicinal herb, native to India and Southeast Asia. Often used in Ayurveda and other holistic practices, it is also known as the “Elixir of Life” or the “Queen of Herbs”.

There are a lot of properties that are beneficial to human beings. Leaves of this plant are rich in vitamins A, C, and K; they are also rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium. What’s more, they contain a high amount of protein and fibre that provide additional nutrition values to us.
