Sage Tea


  • 1 cup water filtered
  • 2 tsp fresh sage leaves
  • honey (optional)
  • lemon slices (optional)


  1. Add 1 cup of filtered water to a pan. Bring the water to a high simmer, then remove it from heat.
  2. Add the sage leaves to the water, and let steep for 5 – 7 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove the sage leaves before pouring into a tea cup. Add honey or lemon, as desired, and enjoy!
