Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 g tomatoes
- 100 g pasta
- 50 g cheese
- Olive oil
- Sugar
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry the onion until golden
- Stir in the garlic
- Mix in tomatoes and sugar
- Boil and simmer for 20 mins
- Cook the pasta
- Mix together the cheese and breadcrumbs
- Drain the pasta and stir it into the sauce
- Put pasta and tomato mixture in a heatproof dish and top with some cheese and breadcrumbs
- Grill for 3-5 mins until golden
- Serve and enjoy
